Four: Van Galen Co.

Aster Van Galen

Aster had remained mostly unimpressed by the Mr. Hale, and rather curious about the cute blonde he called his wife. He wasn’t a homewrecker, but damn did he wish he was for that woman. She had beautiful blonde hair, and those eyes. Aster had to think about old saggy grandma’s to keep his little friend from coming to attention. Of course, Mr. Hale had noticed his interest in his wife and didn’t seem too pleased.

It was now 7:00 pm, and Mr. Hale was due for his business meeting which Aster was not looking forwards to. “Hello? Mr. Van Galen, are you here?” Mr. Hale asked, as he walked into Van Galen Company.

“I’m right here, Mr. Hale,” Aster said, stepping out of the new office. “Welcome to the company, Mr. Hale,” he said. He put on a fake smile, and toured the company with their new lawyer.

“This is a nice company you have, but when we met here a year ago you said I would was guaranteed a position at a prestigious company,” Mr. Hale said. And this was the part Aster was hoping to breeze over, and avoid entirely.

“My company is prestigious, and I never specified which company when we discussed it. In fact, when you approached me and asked about moving into the neighborhood I told you I didn’t mind having a lawyer around. I had just fired our friendly local lawyer and was in need of another lawyer. The neighborhood contract you signed has a clause written into it, and it states that you are permitted to live in our neighborhood as long as you work for Van Galen Co,” Aster said, rushing through it all.

“What, how is that possible? I would have seen it,” Mr. Hale said, angrily. Aster chuckled, and shook his head. Mr. Hale had seen the clause, but it was never specifically discussed and amended. The details of his contract was now set in stone, and if Mr. Hale refused then Aster had every right to evict them.

“I am afraid, it was all written out for you and signed by you,” Aster said, shrugging.

“This can’t be legal,” Mr. Hale said.

05-25-20_1-29-21 PM

“It is legal. Newcrest, is a prestigious community and the residents all do their part for the community,” Aster said.

05-25-20_2-02-52 PM

“I can’t believe you,” Mr. Hale growled. Asters eyes darted to Jessie has he cleared his throat all the way down by the kitchen and Mr. Hale rolled his eyes.  “Do you know about this?” he demanded.05-25-20_2-05-09 PM

“Uh, it is written in your contract, dude. You should have discussed and looked into it, but nope you were too busy fooling around with your new bride. Should have done your homework,” Jessie said, walking up to them.

05-25-20_1-59-02 PM

“I’ll fight this, and hire my own lawyer,” Mr. Hale said. Aster narrowed his eyes, Jessie looked uncomfortable and Mr. Hale looked pissed. Then the anger melted off his face, and he laughed darkly.

“You can, but when you sue us you will be evicted from that house of yours. Your reputation will be ruined and eventually, your lovely wife will leave you for someone clearly better,” Aster said, laughing. Did he really think it would be that easy to walk away from his contract?

05-25-20_2-21-03 PM

“I doubt that, but I did some research on your company and wouldn’t you know? Your company is tied to Ms. Van Galen’s company. Imagine what a law suit would do to her company, plus I imagine some of her investors would withdraw her funding,” Mr. Hale said, and Aster snarled. Jessie glared at Matthew, and took a step forwards.

05-25-20_2-04-36 PM

“You bastard, leave her out of this! Aspen has no idea, and I swear if you do anything to hurt her I will make your life hell,” Jessie snapped. Aster raised his eyes at the usual joker of the company, and then his gaze shifted to Mr. Hale who was glaring back at them.

“If you sue my company or her company, then you won’t have a life at all. There’s no place you can hide that I won’t find you and when I do, you will wish you were dead,” Aster said, his voice was ice.

Three: Power Struggle

Aspen Van Galen

Aspen looked at herself in the mirror, with her long hair pulled back and her make up done. It was just now turning 10:30, and she smiled as she heard her front door open and close down stairs.

04-29-20_6-17-28 AM

“Aspen, are you awake yet? I’m coming up,” Hana yelled from down stairs. Her stairs creaked as her best friend walked up, and then in another minute Hana was standing in the bathroom with Aspen. “Oh, Penny, you look like a sweetheart. I’m sure they will love you,” she said, smiling at Aspen.

“Thanks. I’ve been doing some thinking, and I think we should invite them out to drink with us. They’ve got to feel alone in that house of theirs without any friends to hang out with,” Aspen said, turning to look at Hana. Hana tilted her head as if she was thinking about it, and after a moment nodded her in agreement.

“Tomorrow is Tipsy Tuesday, and I’m sure they will be grateful for the invite. Not everyone gets invited to Rapture, but shit Penny, if inviting them to the most exclusive club in town doesn’t impress them then I don’t know what will,” Hana said. Aspen nodded, and then walked out of the bathroom to find Aster standing in the hallway.

05-06-20_6-04-20 AM

“Uh oh, what are you two planning now?” Aster asked.

“Would you mind terribly if we invited the new couple to Tipsy Tuesday?” Aspen asked, looking at her brother adoringly. She didn’t know why she even bothered with the ruse, because Aster never told her no. Aspen would always be the sweet sister, and Aster would always spoil her rotten.

05-06-20_6-03-24 AM

“Well alright,” Aster said, smiling back at her. A minute later, Hana’s phone buzzed as a picture of Elora appeared on the screen with a message under it.

“Elora is meeting us at my house in ten minutes, and it takes seven to get to my house from here,” Hana said. Aspen looped her arm through Hana’s, and the two of them walked back down the stairs with Aster following after them.

05-05-20_9-01-06 AM

“The casserole should be done when we get there. It only had fifteen minutes left on the timer, when I left to come get you,” she said. Aspen bobbed her head in agreement, as they all crammed into Hana’s little car.

05-06-20_5-54-05 AM

“Oh, I forgot to mention Dahlia will be joining us too,” Aster said, looking away.

“What?” Aspen hissed.

“Yeah,” Aster said, still not looking at Aspen.

“Why is the bitch joining us?” Aspen asked, glaring at her brother.

“I invited her,” Aster said, nonchalantly.

“Can we not have this fight in my car, please? It’s too small, and the tension is suffocating,” Hana said, elbowing Aspen in the ribs. Aspen grunted, and turned away from Aster, but she would have a nice little chat with her clearly delusional brother later. The tension melted away after a minute, and they pulled into Hana’s driveway a few minutes later, where Elora was sitting on the hood of her car holding the casserole in her hands.

“Oh my god, finally! I was beginning to think you left without me!” Elora said, pouting. “Oh, I left that casserole thing inside for you Hana,” she added.  Hana frowned, and Elora smiled cutely as she realized her mistake. “It’s a very nice casserole,” she said.

05-06-20_6-36-58 AM

Aspen laughed, because Elora was clearly trying to placate Hana. Hana huffed, and went inside real quick to grab the casserole for the neighbors. Hana was the chef out of the three of them, and she took offense if anyone said her cooking was anything but divine. In their company, Jewel Fashion and Catering, Hana did the catering while Aspen handled most of the fashion.

“Hi guys!” Dahlia said, running up to them.

05-06-20_7-33-12 AM

“Oh my god, what is she wearing? It looks like she just got through with a blow job,” Elora whispered.

05-06-20_7-33-50 AM

“She wasn’t invited,” Aspen said, through gritted teeth. Hana came out of the house holding her casserole, and shaking her head at Dahlia. Aspen watched quietly as Hana gave the casserole to Aster, and giggled as she gave him a pointed look.

“You can carry the casserole,” Hana said, and then walked up to the two of them. “You need to go,” Hana said, looking at Dahlia like she was a child.

“Bitch,” Aspen said, knocking . She couldn’t believe her brother had invited Dahlia, and she especially couldn’t believe that she dared to show her face. The five of them walked across the street and knocked on the door. The tension was so thick Aspen could cut it, but Dahlia didn’t seem to care.

“You should leave,” Hana said. Dahlia frowned, and glanced at Aster who just shrugged.

“I think I will stay,” Dahlia said, and then smiled brightly. Aspen was about to say something when a woman with blonde hair answered the door, and invited them into the house.

05-06-20_8-16-40 AM

“You must be the neighbors!” The woman exclaimed. Aspen was about to speak up, but that bitch beat her to it.

“Yes! I’m Dahlia Lou,” Dahlia said. Aspen’s fist clenched, and Hana frowned. She couldn’t stand the sight of Dahlia, not after she made out with Jessie when Dahlia knew he was off limits.05-06-20_8-18-46 AM

“It is quite lovely. I’m Aspen Van Galen, and this my brother Aster,” Aspen said, glancing back at Aster. She had to keep herself from smacking her brother, because he was eying the woman like she was a succulent feast. Did he have no shame? Even though they were twins, Aspen sometimes wondered if they were related at all with how he acted. If anything came of his behavior, it would likely make the casserole in his hands look more appetizing.

05-06-20_8-14-01 AM

“Oh? You are the two we’ve heard so much about?” The woman asked, then shook her head. This time both Aster and Aspen frowned at her comment. Had she already made friends? They had been in town for a day, and surely if they had connections Aspen would know if not for Aster.

05-06-20_8-33-33 AM

“Forgive me, I seemed to have forgotten my manners. My name is Emily Hale,” Emily said.

“Oh, it’s no problem. I’m Elora Hawkins by the way,” Elora said, with a shrug of her shoulders. Aspen had always thought that Elora was too nonchalant, but sometimes it worked for her, like it was right now.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m Hana Laurens,” Hana said, smoothly. “After all the unpacking you must be hungry,” she said.

05-06-20_8-20-10 AM

“Oh my! Is that green bean casserole I smell? It smells so heavenly, please come in!” Emily said.  Aspen laughed, she was surely in Hana’s good graces now. They all shuffled into their quaint little house, and Aspen had to admit it had a certain charm to it. Aster winked at Emily as he sauntered over, and put the casserole in the fridge for her. Finally, her brother went back to stand near the hallway where a young man stood a few feet away from him. “Matthew come and say hello!” Emily said, glancing at him. Aspen rolled her eyes as Emily’s eyes drifted to Aster who was doing his best to look cute. Aspen wasn’t fooled.

05-06-20_8-55-00 AM

“Mr. Van Galen, it’s so good to see you again,” Matthew said. She giggled, it wasn’t hard to hear the annoyance at Aster in Matthew’s voice.  Aspen turned to get a good look at him, and had to look away as a blush crept up her face. Matthew Hale was one of hell of a looker with dark hair and dark eyes. “I reckon it’s been a year and a half since I last saw you,” he said. Aspen watched as Matthew patted Aster’s shoulder, and Aster awkwardly removed his hand from his person.

“Indeed, considering that was the last time you were in town,” Aster said. It was hard not to see the concern on Matthew’s face and the contempt on Asters. Aspen’s brother was not a racist person, but he did like to be on top. The only person Aster didn’t look down on was Aspen, and even then it could be uncomfortable between them. Aspen was the communication and fashion queen. Aster was the king of business and management. The two of them had their fair share of arguments, and screaming matches, but more times than not Aster came over to mend the fences.

“Emily, I know you are new here. Rapture, one of my brothers clubs, has an event every Tuesday night. It’s called Tipsy Tuesday, and it’s invite only,” Aspen said. Aspen guessed Dahlia had already done the math, because the next thing she knew Dahlia’s mouth opened and poison came out.

05-06-20_9-03-04 AM

“And, I invite you to join me,” Dahlia said, before Aspen could say anything. She couldn’t help but to glare daggers at Dahlia and that overly smug smirk.

Two: Women

Aster Van Galen

NSWF Warning

Aster stared at the beautiful woman in front of him, feeling an almost predatory grin spread across his face and took a slow step towards her. “Hello darling,” Aster said. The green eyed man locked eyes with the naked woman on his bed, waiting for him with an equally predatory grin on her face and took another step.

“Don’t be shy Aster,” Dahlia said. Laying on her back, her eyes closed as Aster closed the distance between them and felt her naked body underneath him. Her lips parted in pleasure, Asters mouth her neck and then her breast. Dalia gasped, feeling his deep rumbling laugh reverberate through them.

“You wicked woman,” Aster murmured into her neck. “If you are to be the death of me, then I go happily to my death,” he said. The truth of it was that Aster, himself, would also be the death of her. He couldn’t keep his hands off her for long even though he had other women, but she was different. Dahlia Lou was a temptress, and one that tempted him quite often.

“Stop teasing,” Dahlia growled lightly, biting Aster on the neck and causing him to gasp.

“As you wish,” Aster said.

04-24-20_8-24-31 AM04-24-20_8-28-56 AM

“Damn you, woman,” Aster growled. Every time Dahlia moved on him Aster felt like he was getting higher and higher. He gasped, his eyes half closed in pleasure as she moved  up and down on him. Maybe it was the drugs they took earlier that had them both ensnared in a sex crazed euphoria, but Aster moaned content to believe he was crazy good in bed.

“Want me to stop?” Dahlia asked, smirking at him. She was such a tease sometimes, especially when she knew he didn’t want her to stop.

“No,” Aster growled at her, playfully. One minute she was on him and the next he had flipped them over so she was on her stomach. “My turn,” he said, grinning at her.

“Where do you want me?” Dahlia asked. Aster smirked, and his answer to her was moving her around the bed. First, she was on her back, then she was on her stomach with him on top and finally she was at the edge of the bed.

04-24-20_8-26-18 AM

“Oh,” Dahlia said. He liked being in control in bed, but every now and then he could relinquish that control. Perhaps it was her desire to please him sexually that let him give control to her or perhaps it was something else entirely. All Aster knew was in this moment Dahlia was his and Aster was hers. “Don’t stop,” she murmured, as he looked down at her. Aster didn’t, he kept thrusting into her as she moaned and fidgeted as she grew closer to the finish.

“Not yet,” Aster said. He stopped thrusting as she pouted. This moment with her in his control was intoxicating, and empowering. He could control her pleasure, her pain and her body all at one time. Aster started to thrust into her again, slowly allowing them to both feel every inch of him. “Okay,” he said, finally.

“Now?” Dahlia asked.

“Now,” Aster agreed. They both finished as he thrust into her faster at first than slower into he slumped against her. Aster got off her, looking down at his now limp and soft dick with a satisfied grin. He could feel her eyes on him as he got dressed again, and then she scooted over to the other side of the bed where he was standing.

04-24-20_8-38-41 AM

“We should stop doing this,” Dahlia murmured, in his arms.

“We should,” Aster agreed. “But not today,” he said, looking at her soft lips. He almost pushed her back down on the bed for another go, but he didn’t think he could get back up for it. He sighed, and stepped away from her.

“Definitely not today,” Dahlia said, grinning. Aster chuckled, and shook his head. If only he hadn’t invited another woman to his bed tonight, then they could continue this conversation. As much as he enjoyed his time in bed with Dahlia, she wasn’t the only woman he craved nor the only woman who wanted to be with him.

“You should go,” Aster said, and then left the room.

04-24-20_8-35-56 AM

As he walked out of the room, he could hear Dahlia scramble to get her clothes back on and then her soft footsteps as he walked down the hallway. “But I don’t have to go,” Dahlia said.

“You do,” Aster said, not even looking back at her.

04-24-20_9-32-48 AM

Aster continued walking right into his little home office, and slammed the door shut before she could follow him in. It was easier when she didn’t pester him into letting her stay the night, but those times were far and few between. Finally after a minute of nothing, he heard her leave and slam his front door behind her. “Women,” Aster muttered, rolling his eyes.

Aster opened up the office door, and looked down the hall through a now quiet house. He would use this time to recharge before his bed was once again occupied.

One: Sunday Night Chat

Aspen Van Galen

Aspen had been anxious pacing through the halls of her house, wondering about the new couple in town. They had made such a big deal about asking her brother, Aster, for permission even though Aster didn’t really own the town.  It was smart to ask for permission, considering Aster could blacklist them for every club and restaurant in town, if he so pleased. Aster was the head of the Newcrest, and he knew everything that happened in town.  He was intimidating, and in control. She had very patiently waited in her brothers office while he spoke to the potential owner of the lot across town, even though it drove her mad to not be there too. Aster had insisted on meeting with them alone to ensure they weren’t a threat, and seeing her brothers logic she agreed.

04-27-20_5-57-53 AM

Now finally after a year and a half of construction the house was done, and the couple was moving in today. Aspen had to stop herself from walking across town with Hana Laurens, who was Aspens best friend.  Her best friend conveniently lived right across from this new couple, and had even offered to scope them out first. Aspen had refused, and had spent many nights staring out Hana’s windows at the house over the year. She could hardly wait until tomorrow to finally meet them. Aspen and Hana would walk over tomorrow morning with a nice casserole. The casserole was Hana’s idea, she insisted it was the neighborly thing to do and agreed to bake it, since Aspen couldn’t cook.

Getting tired of getting pacing through the halls, she went to her room and plopped down on her bed. Aspen pulled her phone out of her back pocket and dialed Hana’s number.

04-03-20_2-09-53 PM

“Hello dear,” Hana replied on the other end.

Aspen grinned as her best friends voice floated through the phone and she sighed, feeling better already. “Anything interesting?” Aspen asked. Maybe these newcomers were hideously ugly, but were filthy rich and could take them all on a cruise.

“I haven’t left the house all day, Penny. I’ve been binge watching Gossip Girl on Netflix,” Hana said. Penny was Hana’s favorite nickname for Aspen and had been for years now. “You know I just binge watch shows on Sundays,” she said, sighing. Sunday was Hana’s marathon TV days where she unwound after a week of drama, and dealing with clients. Aspen and Hana had met at University while studying Fashion together, the two of them now had their own brand.

04-27-20_6-07-17 AM

“Yeah, my bad Hana, I just can’t stop wondering about the new couple,” Aspen said, frowning. She had promised Aster she would wait until tomorrow before going over to their house, which she was now beginning to regret. Did they really a whole day by themselves?

“I know, I caught a glimpse of them this morning when I made breakfast, but that’s all I’ve seen of them,” Hana said, sighing. “Do you know how intimidating it would be for everyone to show up at their house on their first day in the neighborhood? Aster was right to ask us to wait,” she said. Aspen sighed, and shook her head. Why did everyone agree with her brother?

“Oh my God, Hana, what do they look like?” Aspen said. Aspen had to restrain herself from going over to Hana’s house right now, she knew her friend enjoyed her quiet Sundays to herself and felt slightly guilty about calling her. “You have got to tell me!” She squealed.

04-27-20_6-51-38 AM

“Are you serious, dear?” Hana asked, rolling her eyes. “Well, the woman is pale with blonde hair and the man is dark with black or brown hair,” she said. Thinking of the dark haired men in her life she thought back to Aster, and blushed. Even though Aspen’s brother was seriously hot, he was like a walking STD. That man could not keep his dick in his pants to save his life. Hana had even slept with Aster a few times to scratch an itch, but it went no further than that. She had no desire to be Mrs. Hana Van Galen.

“Interesting,” Aspen mused over the phone. “You don’t think this new girl is going to go after Jessie, do you?” Aspen asked. The idea of whoever this lady was trying to take Jessie from her made her blood boil.

“I wouldn’t think so, even if Jessie is downright gorgeous. She could always go for Xavier or Reese,” Hana said, hoping it calmed Aspen down.

“Yeah, they’re pretty cute. Just remember Jessie is mine, kay babe?” Aspen said. She had to bite her tongue to keep from saying anything else about it. Aspen and Jessie were by no means exclusive, but the idea of anyone else with him made her crazy. Out of all the men in town, Jessie was the only one who had warmed Aspen’s bed. He could be so infuriating one minute and a total romantic the next.  “Have you seen the newcomers at all?” she asked.

“Woah, down girl. You know I wouldn’t touch your man at least not without asking first,” Hana said. Sometimes she just wished those two would just get together or call it quits, because all this hot and cold nonsense was too much drama.  Hana remembered Dalia making out with Jessie once, and when Aspen found out it was far from pretty. Aspen had called Dahlia every name in the book, and had refused to even speak to her for months. The two were just now beginning to speak again. “Are you two ever going to make it official?” she asked Aspen.

“Me and Jessie? Are you serious? That man is so infuriating. Everything is a joke to him. Sometimes I want just him to listen and not make a joke what about what I’m saying,'” Aspen said, shaking her head. Jessie’s jokes were mean sometimes, and really hurt her feelings. It wasn’t too much to ask for him to just listen, was it? Jessie always made her laugh even though he was so lame and such a B list comedian.

“Penny, dear, you are drooling through the phone for some serious Jessie action. Go jump his bones and scratch that itch. I will keep an eye out for the new couple and let you know,” Hana said. She was about to say something else when there was a beep in her ear which made her roll her eyes. “Dahlia?” Hana asked. Dahlia knew better than to call Aspen after what happened between them.

“Elora,” Aspen said, hitting the necessary buttons to patch her into the call. “Lory, babe, Hana was about to tell me about the newcomers,” she sang into the phone. Lory was another one of Hana’s nicknames for their little friend group.

04-27-20_6-43-02 AM

“Oh do tell, I am dying to know who these people are. I bet you are going crazy over there, Penny,” Elora said, grinning. She could hear Hana roll her eyes over the phone and cackled as Aspen giggled.

“No Lory, I was telling our dear Penny to go jump Jessie’s bones and stop drooling over the phone. It is not a good look on you dear, and Lory if you don’t agree I am poking holes in all your condoms,” Hana said, smirking.

“Jokes on you, Hana, I don’t use condoms! Good ole birth control does the trick for me,” Elora said. She twirled some of her dark hair around her finger and sighed as Aspen giggled while Hana just huffed. “Penny, if you are craving some Jessie action then please do us all a favor and go fuck him,” she said. Elora loved Aspen to death, but she could be down right cranky if she didn’t get her Jessie fix.

04-27-20_6-44-45 AM

“Thank you, Lory! I got to go get a new hot compress, talk later to you dears later,” Hana said, and then hung up.

“Fine, fine. See you tonight for Greys Anatomy!” Aspen said and then hung up. Dialing Jessie’s number and grinning as he picked up on the first ring.

“Sweat Pea, my dick was just thinking about you!” Jessie said.

“Dicks don’t think, Jessie,” Aspen said, rolling her eyes.

“My dick sings for you, my sweet pea. See you in ten minutes,” Jessie said. He ended the call and then grabbed a quick shower before driving over to his Aspen’s house.
